Stress Less Workshop Series Pass
Welcome to our Stress Less Workshop Series! You can purchase your virtual pass here! These lessons will take place virtually at 5pm Pacific Time every evening for 30 minutes starting on April 9th and running until April 12th. In our four sessions together we will be covering how to use yoga, meditation, essential oils and mindset management to reduce and better cope with chronic stress. At the end of each session you'll be able to email me your questions that I'll answer at the top of the next session :) By the end of this workshop series you'll have all the tools you need to confidently cope with chronic stress and anxiety!
