Coping with Anxiety Naturally

Anxiety, stress, and depression are common mental health issues that many, many people experience. This week’s video is not about herbs or an exact treatment or “cure” for anxiety but is more a collection of tools that I have personally used for anxiety, and that as a certified aromatherapist and yoga teacher, I recommend to clients. Mental health issues including generalized anxiety disorder, anxiety attacks, and anxiety disorder are common issues that lots of doctors like to throw anxiety medication at, but there are natural ways to approach fear and mental health disorders natural. While these solutions are not a form of therapy, they are tools that I hope help you in moments of acute stress or severe anxiety to calm down and regain composure and control of your emotions and body.
