Aromatherapy Bath Recipes

If you're reading this in the future it's March 2020 and the whole world is stuck at home.

While these are tricky and uncertain times, I am trying to take this time as an opportunity to do two things:

1. Lean into getting work done that I wouldn't otherwise have time to do

2. Rest more

This last weekend I took my first bath in at least a year. I thought about working or reading in the bath but finally settled on just lighting some candles and settling in. I didn't know where my phone was or even what time it was; it was all pure bliss.

The next day while I was thinking about how I can support women to lean into simple-self care I realized that reminding gals to take a hot, bath was a great place to start. I returned to my old aromatherapy textbooks for a brush up on the best ratios and I'm excited to share some recipes here with you.

6. Relax
