We all want to be healthy, for ourselves and the people in our lives. Sometimes, though,  it's really hard to know how to get from where we are in our health journeys to where we want to be. Well in my experience the best way to get from point A to B in life is to use a map. The tricky thing is though, that there is NOT one universal health map. Health and even more so, wellness, is a destination that looks different for everyone and everyone has a unique starting point. So, while there is, unfortunately, no Waze app for your health journey, there is something even better; a path created by you, for you! In order to make a map, we have to identify hurdles or roadblocks we might encounter, how our form of transportation to our goal might need to evolve along the way and variables we can rely on to help us on our journey. In this exercise, you'll identify the parts of your life that you need to focus on in order to make progress towards your wellness goals and some of the first steps you'll need to take to be successful.
